This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect is found and a valid claim is submitted within one year of the purchase date, On Top Safety will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge.

Damage caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance
Normal wear and tear due to prolonged or excessive usage
Alteration or modification of the product
Damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, or negligence
Third-party components not manufactured by On Top Safety
